You'll explore the science and soul of somatic memory — how trauma and unprocessed emotion often become imprinted in the nervous system and stored in specific parts of the body. We’ll uncover how physical symptoms, chronic pain, and even illness can be messengers — not punishments — pointing us toward what’s been held in silence.
