A gentle, illuminating journey back into your body — not as something to push or fix, but as a living, breathing messenger that’s been guiding you all along. Together, we’ll explore how your body stores memory, emotion, and trauma — and how reconnecting with it can unlock healing, clarity, and deep self-trust & love.

Listening to the Body & Understanding Somatic Memory

“Symptoms are not the problem. They are the body’s call for your attention.”
We begin by learning how the body remembers. You'll explore the science and soul of somatic memory — how trauma and unprocessed emotion often become imprinted in the nervous system and stored in specific parts of the body. We’ll uncover how physical symptoms, chronic pain, and even illness can be messengers — not punishments — pointing us toward what’s been held in silence.

 

Feeling What’s Real & Trusting the Body’s Wisdom

“The body doesn’t lie. It reveals what the mind tries to manage.”
We gently reconnect with emotions stored in the body — the ones we’ve learned to suppress, distract from, or label as “too much.” You’ll learn how to create safety within yourself to feel what needs to move — and how doing so allows healing and release.  This is a return to trust, an integration where you’ll begin to honour the body as a wise, intuitive guide; yes/no, boundaries, and joy — and begin living more aligned with what feels real, whole, and true.

A calming reset for your nervous system around love, wealth, receiving, and self-worth. Learn how to let in love, rest, time, and money without fear or collapse.


What is "Soft Gold?"

This is a journey to soften your relationship with receiving, money, and self-worth. You’ll learn how to open to more — gently. Through embodiment practices, journaling, and rituals, we’ll explore what abundance feels like when it’s safe, sacred, and rooted in softness.

  • For those who feel guilty, undeserving, or anxious when receiving love, money, support, or rest
  • For individuals with scarcity wounds — who fear there’s never enough time, resources, energy, or safety
  • For people who have been conditioned to over-give, overwork, or prove their worth through doing
  • For those stuck in feast-or-famine cycles (financial, emotional, energetic) and want steadiness
  • For anyone ready to shift from hustle and fear into a soft, rooted experience of abundance and inner worth

Opening the Hands

  • Understanding safety in receiving, in the body, in the nervous system & how this is the foundation of abundance
  • Why does abundance feel unsafe?
  • What emotions come up when choose myself, abundance, more?
  • Practices: Breath + body scan, noticing resistance to "more"
  • Ritual: Create a Receiving Bowl and place wishes or affirmations inside

Softening Scarcity

  • Releasing old stories of lack
  • Understanding our scarcity wounds 
  • Where did you learn that love & money had to be earned?
  • Practices: Scarcity story rewrite, mantra weaving 
  • Ritual: Burn or release old beliefs (paper + candle ritual)

Becoming the Source

  • Embodied abundance and self-worth
  • What does enough feel like in my body?
  • Creating safe capacity in the body to receive

A tender journey to meet, soothe, and nurture your inner child. You’ll reconnect to innocence, play, and self-trust through emotional healing and gentle re-parenting.


What is "Little Light?"

Welcome to a gentle yet transformative space designed to help you reconnect with your inner child — the one who still lives within you, often quietly holding the weight of old wounds, unmet needs, and forgotten joy.

This work is deep. It's for those who are ready to feel, remember, and soften — not through force or fixing, but through deep listening, compassion, and emotional safety.


Who is this for?

This space welcomes all genders and all bodies


  • For those who often feel disconnected from your emotions or joy
  • For those who struggle with inner criticism, shame, or perfectionism
  • If you long for gentleness, softness, and emotional repair
  • For anyone who is ready to meet and love the version of themselves that was never given that chance

Meeting your Little One

Re-connecting with the forgotten or silenced child within 

  • You’ll gently meet your inner child — the younger version of you who may have been left behind, ignored, or punished for simply feeling too much.
  • Through guided visualization and a soft reintroduction process, you’ll begin to build a relationship based on trust, warmth, and listening.
  • You’ll identify the early emotional imprints that shaped your nervous system, your patterns, and your sense of safety in the world.


Tending the Wounds

Healing the core wounds of rejection, abandonment and shame 

  • This week is about being with the harder moments — the times you were misunderstood, punished for your sensitivity, or taught that love must be earned.
  • You’ll explore unmet emotional needs, invisible grief, and the false beliefs you adopted to survive (e.g. “I’m too much,” “I’m not lovable,” “I have to be perfect”).
  • With compassion, you’ll begin to rewrite those stories — and offer your inner child the care and protection they never received.

Reclaiming Joy + Innocence

Remembering the light that never left

  • Healing doesn’t always look like crying — sometimes, it looks like laughing, drawing, dancing, and daring to feel free again. 
  • This week, you’ll reconnect with joy, imagination, and the parts of you that still long to play, explore, and be fully alive.
  • You’ll give yourself permission to be light, silly, creative — without judgment or shame.

Becoming the Loving Inner Parent

Integrating safety, sovereignty and inner trust

  • This final week supports integration. You’ll step into the role of the loving, steady, protective inner parent your younger self always needed. 
  • You’ll create rituals and practices to continue this relationship beyond the course — grounding the connection so your inner child never has to feel abandoned again.
  • You’ll leave with a deeper sense of wholeness, emotional self-trust, and the tools to continue tending to your Little Light.
     

Your Little Light is still glowing. Let’s bring it back to the center.

 This is for the one inside you who still hopes, still aches, still shines.
